We offer traditional dance styles (ballet, Jazz, Hip Hop and Tap), as well as Pilates and barre fitness classes for girls and guys - from beginners to those with dance experience. Great for physical and mental exercise and wellbeing.All our Teen/Adult classes are available as part of our special 10 class mix and match packages. Buy 9 classes and 10th class free! These packages can be used for a single dance style or a mix of class styles including group Pilates and barre classes. Full term packages and discounts are also available. Our adult students also have the option to embrace their inner star and perform on stage in the end of year concert.
Pilates is a method of fitness that integrates muscle control, breathing, flexibility, strength training and mind body connection. It is popular amongst dancers, professional athletes and Hollywood stars as well as physiotherapists as a rehabilitation tool. It is also one of the most effective forms of exercise to change body shape and create tone as it targets all the muscles of the body. Our group mat classes are designed to provide a whole body and mind workout. Modifications are provided to cater for beginners to the more advanced participant (please bring a yoga mat). We often use equipment such as ball, bands and circles to really make the most of our workouts (and add a little fun!)
Private Reformer Sessions
Private reformer lessons are available (single or shared with a friend). Sessions tailored to meet your individual objectives and body. The reformer is a very versatile piece of Pilates equipment. Exercises can be done lying, sitting, and standing, pulling and pushing, using body weight and resistance to provide a unique and varied exercise environment. Many parts of the body can be targeted in one session. It won’t take long for you to see and feel the difference.
